The Goddess Realm Spiritual Bath

Thank you so much for choosing your ritual bath from The Goddess Realm. It’s extremely important to know that this ritual is only to be done when you are mentally, emotionally, and spiritually prepared to truly release the things in your life that are toxic, stagnant and/or no longer serving you. Taking a spiritual bath cleanses spiritual blockages in the forms of other people’s energy, curses, and even self-inflicted blockages. When you clear your energy, it will NOT ensure that the negative energy will not come back. As a matter of fact, when you cleanse, you become much more magnetic to negative energy. Be sure not to cleanse only to make more room for negative! Protect your energy. This bath can be done whenever your spirit calls you to. Ritual baths are also powerful on your Solar return (birthday), new moons, full moons and on Sundays.

- First things first, make sure you’re already clean BEFORE the bath. The bath is too remove spiritual debris only.

-Secure and cleanse your home with Sage or palo Santo.

For this bath you will need:

1.     Your herbal bath provided by The Goddess Realm

2.     Cascarilla (also provided by The Goddess Realm for PARTICULAR baths)

3.     Fresh lemon slices

4.     A notebook and writing utensil

5.     One white candle

6.     A white t-shirt or all white pajamas

7.     Sage or favorite incense (optional but recommended)

Please note you can add any other flowers/herbs you would like.

ALL, of the baths come with a vented organza bag so that all bath contents can be put inside. Use this bag of herbs like a tea to avoid messy clean up. Before you run your bath, light your candle (likely provided by us) and write on your paper the things you would like to change and release/intentions of the bath. I find it beneficial to number things. It doesn’t matter how short or long your list is, just get it all out. Once you’ve completed your write up, run your bath.

Add herbs and lemon slices, flowers, etc. Get in and repeat your write up OUT LOUD and speak with conviction in your voice. Rub the lemon slices all over your body to cut cords off of your auric field. You can stay in as long as you want, however keep in mind that some people are sensitive to altered stated of consciousness and need to keep things short and intentional. Continue to think positively the entire time you’re in the bath. The cascarilla may or may not leave a powdery residue on your skin. Simply oil your body up. The Goddess Realm protection oil is a great choice, but your favorite oil is fine.

Please sleep in white and either white or light colored sheets.

Be prepared for dreams.
